KOHL is a beauty curator based in Cairo, Egypt. Reach us at [email protected] or +20 103 935 4461. A person will answer.
KOHL is a curator. We select and sell beauty made by other houses — we don't manufacture it. Everything we carry has been chosen because it met our standard. Being carried by KOHL isthe approval; we don't stock anything we don't stand behind.
Use it honestly. Don't attempt to break it, scrape it, resell from it, or impersonate anyone. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. You must be 18 or older to buy.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A sale is complete when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — if an item is out of stock, if a price was published in error, or if we suspect fraud or resale.
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds. Prices can change; the price you paid at checkout is the price that binds us. Shipping is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery.
We accept credit and debit cards and cash on delivery. Card payments are processed securely by Paymob; we never store your card details.
We photograph everything as honestly as we can, but screens differ and skin differs more. Shades may look different in life than on your phone. Fragrance behaves differently on different people — that's what makes it worth wearing. Nothing we write is a medical claim. If you have a skin condition, sensitivity, or are pregnant, please consult a professional and patch-test before using something new.
The KOHL name, wordmark, seals, photography, and words on this site belong to us. Brand names and product images belong to the houses that made them, used to sell their genuine products. Don't copy our work.
If you send us a review, a photo, or a video, we may show it — with credit. Post the truth, keep it yours, and keep it decent. We publish real customer voices only. We have never invented a review, and we never will.
We are responsible for delivering authentic products, in good condition, as described. We are not responsible for how a product suits you personally, for allergic reactions where instructions were not followed, or for delays outside our control — though we will always help you chase them. Nothing here removes rights you hold under Egyptian consumer protection law.
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies. Material changes will be announced.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
