You have 14 days from delivery to return most items. Send it back unused, in its original packaging, with the seal intact — and we'll refund you.
Fragrance and cosmetics are personal and hygienic goods. Once a bottle is sprayed, a cream is opened, or a seal is broken, we can't resell it — and we would never send an opened product to another customer. That's not us protecting our margin; it's us refusing to do to someone else what we wouldn't accept ourselves. So opened or used products can't be returned simply because you changed your mind.

We will investigate it seriously, and if we are wrong, we will refund you in full and tell you what happened. This guarantee has no expiry date. Once we receive the item, we inspect it and refund you within 7–14 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original card or wallet. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
If the fault is ours — damaged, wrong, expired, or not authentic — we pay. If you've simply changed your mind about a sealed item, the return shipping is yours.
A bundle is a curated whole, not a pile of parts. Return it complete, please — we can't take back one piece of it.
